AZCOTIL is a synergistic combination of two semi-synthetic macrolide antibiotics, TILMICOSIN and AZITHROMYCIN. Tilmicosin is a broad-spectrum macrolide used for the treatment of respiratory infections in poultry because of its extensive accumulation in pulmonary tissues. Azithromycin is a valuable antimicrobial agent used as a treatment for a wide range of diseases such as Mycoplasma infection, E coli, Infectious coryza, Staphylococcus infection and other upper respiratory tract infections in poultry.
